There are 2 ways to make more money

  1. Get more customers
  2. Make your customers worth more

Getting more customers (leads)

Lead: a person you can contact

Engaged lead: People who show interest in the stuff you sell

Examples of engaged leads:

Someone who gives us their contact info

Someone who follows us on social media or leaves a comment

Someone who replies to our email campaign

Two types of audiences: Warm and cold

Warm: People who gave you permission to contact them

Cold: People who have not given permission to contact them

Two ways to communicate: One to one, and one to many

These make up the “core four”

1 to 1 Cold: Cold calling, cold emailing or cold messaging on social media

1 to 1 Warm: Contacting someone you know directly, (text, call, email)

1 to many Cold: Paid ads

1 to many Warm: Posting content to followers, email subscribers etc.
