Script for local customers arriving at the showroom.

"Hello, welcome to Diablo Guitars — do you have an appointment or are you here for repairs?"

  • If repairs → Follow the process to check in the customer's repair
  • If appointment → Show customer the item they made the appointment for, and set them up in the amp room
  • If a walk-in → "We are actually appointment only, but you can have a quick look around for 10 minutes. All of our prices are listed online — you can scan this QR code which will take you to diabloguitars.com. If there is something that you have a question about, ask [available staff member]."
