Code of Conduct
It is the goal of Diablo Guitars to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel respected, valued, and safe. To achieve this, we have established a code of conduct that outlines the expected behavior and standards for all employees.
All employees are expected to adhere to the following principles:

- Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Report any violations of the code of conduct to the appropriate channels.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. It is important for all employees to understand and adhere to these principles to create a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone at Diablo Guitars.

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior

- Time theft, such as clocking when not working or taking extended breaks without authorization.

We hold a realistic view of individuals and understand that mistakes can happen. However, participating in behavior that causes discomfort or harm to others is not acceptable and will be addressed accordingly. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience any behavior that violates the code of conduct, we encourage you to report it to the appropriate channels. You can report violations to the direct manager of the individual involved, or the HR department. Treating reporting in good faith, we will take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly and thoroughly. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report violations of the code of conduct or participate in investigations. If you have any concerns about retaliation, please report them immediately to the HR department.
