Diablo Guitars is committed to providing competitive compensation to our employees. We regularly review our compensation structure to ensure that it remains fair and competitive within the industry.
Compensation at Diablo Guitars is determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to job role, experience, performance, and market conditions. We strive to reward our employees for their contributions to the company and to provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
While we do not offer a health insurance plan at this time due to our current size and resources, we are committed to providing a supportive work environment and competitive compensation to our employees: we offer our full time employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, gym membership reimbursements, free branded merchandise, and employee purchase discounts. We also offer an annual bonus program based on overall company performance and tenure with the company.
The compensation and benefits offered by Diablo Guitars are subject to change based on the company's financial performance and market conditions. We are committed to maintaining open communication with our employees regarding any changes to compensation and benefits, and we encourage employees to reach out to their managers or the HR department with any questions or concerns they may have.
The benefits include but are not limited to:
- Uncapped accumulated sick time (at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked)
- Uncapped accumulated vacation time (at a rate of 1 hour per 40 hours worked)
- Gym membership reimbursements (up to $50 per month)
- Free branded merchandise (one item per quarter)
- Employee purchase discounts (50% off list price on all products, or cost price, whichever is greater) *fees may apply
- Reduced fee consignment sales ($200 flat fee per item instead of the standard 20% of the sale price / $25 for pedals and accessories) *does not apply to employee purchased items within the last calendar year
- Zero fee consignment sales if the employee handles all aspects of the listing themselves, including but not limited to taking photos, writing descriptions, and packing for shipment. *standard restrictions apply; listings must meet our standard for quality and accuracy, and all items must be approved by a manager before listing
- Annual bonus program based on overall company performance and tenure with the company
