Schedule
- Daily
- Check all online platforms for errors, staff or customer issues
- Weekly
- Make sure all staff is trained on any new technologies at staff meeting
- Monthly
- Meet with business analyst, store manager and CEO for progress of new technologies and future technology possibilities
- Quarterly
- Any major technology upgrades should be planned in advance and discussed during quarterly reviews
