Taking in Repairs

  • Fill out repair receipt in full:
  • Necessary fields: customer's first/last name, phone number, date of arrival
  • Initial "sold by" person field
  • List make & model of instrument/s
  • List services requested below each instrument and any notes from customer
  • Have customer sign "received by" section acknowledging requested work
  • We keep white copy on pad
  • Yellow copy attach to instrument case
  • Give customer pink copy
  • Let customer know average turn around time 1–2 weeks and that Cody will contact them for quote/any additional work needed if necessary and when it's ready.
