Taking in Repairs
- Fill out repair receipt in full:
- Necessary fields: customer's first/last name, phone number, date of arrival
- Initial "sold by" person field
- List make & model of instrument/s
- List services requested below each instrument and any notes from customer
- Have customer sign "received by" section acknowledging requested work
- We keep white copy on pad
- Yellow copy attach to instrument case
- Give customer pink copy
- Let customer know average turn around time 1–2 weeks and that Cody will contact them for quote/any additional work needed if necessary and when it's ready.
