Inventory Management System (Sheets)

This one is hard to write about without giving away too much, but we have an internal inventory management system built on top of Google Sheets. It allows us to track our inventory across multiple locations, manage product information, and generate reports. The system is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to all team members, ensuring that everyone has access to up-to-date information about our inventory. In the future, we may consider migrating to a more robust inventory management software, but for now, our custom Google Sheets solution serves our needs effectively.

Listing Generator

Listing Generator is an internal tool that generates product listings for our website and marketplaces. It allows us to create consistent and accurate listings by applying predefined templates to given sets of product data. This tool helps streamline the listing creation process and ensures that all necessary information is included in each listing.

Reverb Photo Puller

Reverb Photo Puller is an internal tool that pulls photos from Reverb listings. It allows us to easily access and download product images from our Reverb listings, which can then be used for various purposes such as creating marketing materials, or reusing them for refreshed listings. This tool is the only way to pull full resolution photos from Reverb, and it helps us maintain a consistent and high-quality visual representation of our products across different platforms.
